"Using Film as a Social Justice Tool" at Justice for Breakfast

November 18, 2008

Justice for Breakfast Series:
Using Film as a Social Justice Tool

For many years, the PJC has used film as an effective medium. We use it to get our message across to decision-makers, the community-at-large and to those people who suffer the discrimination we seek to eliminate. This has been one of our most effective tools. This morning's event will highlight several recent efforts and discuss the audiences we chose to target, why we chose to make a film at a given point in a project's history and what impact the film had toward our 'end goal.'
