How can Maryland prevent homelessness, keep kids in school, and save money?

A recent Stout Risius Ross report concludes that every dollar spent on eviction prevention saves the State $2.39. By investing $15 million in FY25, Maryland can stop eviction for 5,620 families at the highest risk of disruptive eviction and homelessness.
